About the Home of the Innocents ...
The Home of the Innocents is a Louisville organization that takes care of abused and neglected children, and also those who are medically fragile. It is KREIA's charity of choice, and we have raised over half a million dollars for its good works over the years.
Please help us to give more by:
- Contributing via our online donation page (tax-deductible for you!)
- Participating in our 50/50 raffle drawings at main meetings
- Shopping for items on their wish lists and dropping them off at the Home, or by buying items on their Amazon wish list to have them shipped directly to the Home.
If real estate has been good to you, if KREIA has helped you to better your life, please, please help us help the Home of the Innocents.
These children deserve help so much, and the Home of the Innocents is truly doing God's work. You can see for yourself by visiting the Home and taking a tour. You will not leave unchanged. Your heart will not be untouched.
Find out more about the Home of the Innocents below, by watching their latest video and by reading an article we wrote after visiting in 2017.
Late in 2017, KREIA newsletter editor Lauren Willoughby and photographer Bruce Hinson visited the Home of the Innocents. Here is a report of what they saw and the children they met. Read/Download the article (PDF).
See more of Bruce Hinson's photos in this Nov. 17 post in KREIA's members-only Facebook Group. (Are you a KREIA member who's not in the Group? Request to join here.)
