About Tamara West: Tamara hit the ground running in 1999 and hasn’t looked back. Tamara started off her career working for the 6th largest financial institution in the nation. She quickly rose through the ranks in the Loan Servicing and Pre Loss Mitigation, winning numerous awards for customer service and fulfillment of repayment plans. Tamara then accepted a promotion to Regulatory Risk Management helping to ensure loan compliance to both investor and national compliance requirements. In 2003 Tamara became a Mortgage Loan Originator for an international bank.
     In 2006 Tamara bought her first investment property and continues to expand her investment portfolio. In 2013 she took the inevitable next step and became a licensed Realtor. In 2019 she earned her real estate brokers license and is currently an associate broker in Indiana and Kentucky with EXP Realty. Also in 2019 she was awarded the prestigious Commitment to Excellence certification and is in the top 25% for the Louisville Market thanks to her team at Live Love Louisville Homes and Maven Commercial Group.
     Tamara is a KREIA past Vice President and served on the board for many years.
