Auction: 2026 Platinum Sponsorship

KREIA is thrilled to announce the Auction of the highly coveted Platinum Sponsorship for 2026. The silent auction period is from September 15, 2025, through September 30, 2025.

How to Bid:

1. Click on the link below to submit your sealed bid. Bidding will be open between September 15, 2025, through midnight Tuesday, September 30, 2025.

Terms:

• The prestigious Platinum Sponsorship will be auctioned to the highest bidder with a minimum bid: $5,000.
• Platinum Sponsorship fee must be received on or before December 1, 2025.
• Platinum Sponsorship Term: November 1, 2025 – October 31, 2026.
• Auction bidding closes at Midnight Eastern Time, Sunday, September 30, 2025.
• The highest bid will be awarded the Platinum Sponsorship.
• In the case of a tie, the highest contenders will have a second opportunity to re-submit their highest bid.

Platinum Sponsorship Benefits Include:

1. Verbal recognition at the monthly meetings as the Platinum Sponsor, which includes the first opportunity during the “Sponsor Pitch” at the monthly meetings (or a pre-recorded video message). Platinum Sponsor shall have the opportunity to make a brief announcement promoting their business. KREIA will notify meeting hosts of this agreement and facilitate introduction of Platinum Sponsor to the meeting host as requested.
2. Opportunity to distribute marketing materials on tables at monthly main meetings.
         a. Only exceptions are if KREIA has a national selling speaker; and
         b. KREIA advertising.
3. One slide on our PowerPoint slideshow at the meetings.
4. ½ page advertisement in all monthly newsletters for the year.
5. Full-page advertisement on the back page of the member directories.
6. Two standing banners will be provided at no cost to the Platinum Sponsor. One banner displayed to the right side of the screen if facing the stage, the other near the entrance at monthly meetings (excluding the Christmas party). Design and artwork to be approved by the Platinum Sponsor.
7. Electronic promotions include your ad displayed on KREIA’s website, recognition as Platinum Sponsor via emails to members, and social media posts issued by KREIA.
8. Included events are limited to L.O.T.S. events, President’s Lunch & Learn, and Game Night.
         a. Platinum Sponsor will lead the L.O.T.S. event in coordination with the host.

Meetings may be held by Zoom, in person or a combination of both.
