March main meeting with Vena Jones-CoxEveryone knows that wholesaling is the quickest and easiest way to put cash in your pocket in the real estate business.

The problem is, most people don't actually understand what it really takes to do wholesale deals in today's seller's market.

Vena Jones-Cox does, because she wholesales a deal about every 12 days, and she's been doing it for over 2 decades in hot markets and cold. She shared her in-the-trenches experience with us at our March 25th main meeting, showing us how to put $10k in our pockets in 30 days.

She talked about how wholesaling works today — it's a very different business from what it was even a year ago — and what you need to do to get started right now. She also described which properties in which areas make for the most profitable, easiest-to-sell wholesale deals, and which you should avoid because they're huge time-wasters.

In the early meeting, attorney Chris Wakild taught us about how the tax lien investing process works in Kentucky.

In all you'll find over 4 hours of real estate instruction, real estate talk and Q&A. Watch this members-only video. (You'll need to be logged in as an active KREIA member to see it.)
